How to Use Vendie's One-Click Social Syndication to Promote Your Events

Getting your events in front of the right audience is the difference between a sold-out show and empty seats. Vendie's One-Click Social Syndication takes the guesswork out of content distribution by using AI to generate platform-specific posts and distribute them across 88+ social channels — all with a single click.

What Is Social Syndication?

Social syndication is the process of distributing your event content across multiple social media platforms and online communities. Instead of manually writing posts for Reddit, Quora, Nextdoor, Medium, Twitter, and Facebook Groups, Vendie's AI generates authentic, platform-appropriate content tailored to each community.

How It Works: The 3-Step Wizard

Step 1: Select Your Content

Choose any published blog post or event listing from the content selector. The AI uses this as the source material to generate platform-specific posts.

Step 2: Pick Your Channels

Browse 88+ pre-configured channels across 6 platforms:
  • Reddit (54 subreddits) — r/EventPlanning, r/SmallBusiness, r/Entrepreneur, r/FoodTrucks, and more

  • Quora (10 topics) — Event Planning, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Food Industry, and more

  • Nextdoor (8 categories) — Local Events, Small Business, Recommendations, and more

  • Medium (5 channels) — Event Industry, Entrepreneurship, Food & Drink, and more

  • Twitter/X (5 hashtags) — #EventPlanning, #SmallBusiness, #FoodTruck, and more

  • Facebook Groups (6 groups) — Event Planners, Small Business Owners, Food Truck Nation, and more
  • Select individual channels or click "Select All" to distribute everywhere.

    Step 3: Generate & Send

Click the "Generate & Send" button. The AI generates unique, platform-specific content for each selected channel:
  • Reddit posts use casual, community-friendly language

  • Quora answers are written as expert responses

  • Nextdoor posts feel like local recommendations from a neighbor

  • Medium articles are professional and polished

  • Tweets are concise with relevant hashtags

  • Facebook posts are conversational and engaging
  • Each post includes a UTM-tracked link back to your event page, so you can measure exactly which channels drive traffic and conversions.

Auto-Scheduling: Drip Your Posts Over Time

Instead of blasting all channels at once, use the Schedule mode to drip posts over 1-30 days. The system automatically spaces posts across 4 daily time slots (9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM) for maximum organic reach. A cron job processes scheduled posts every 15 minutes.

    Tracking Your Results

Every syndication link includes full UTM parameters:

  • utm_source: The platform (reddit, quora, nextdoor, etc.)

  • utm_medium: social

  • utm_campaign: Your blog post or event slug

  • utm_content: The specific channel name
  • View your results in the Syndication Analytics dashboard to see clicks per platform, top-performing channels, and conversion rates.

    Getting Started

  • Go to Admin > Social Distribution Hub

  • Select a blog post or event listing

  • Pick your target channels

  • Hit "Generate & Send" or toggle to "Schedule" mode
