New on Vendie: Auto-Scheduling, Growth Intel, CRM Broadcast & More

Vendie has been shipping fast. Here's a roundup of every major feature added recently — from AI-powered syndication to growth intelligence to CRM broadcast messaging.

Auto-Scheduling for Syndication

Instead of blasting all your syndication posts at once, you can now drip them over 1-30 days. The scheduler automatically spaces posts across four daily time slots (9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM) for maximum organic reach. A background cron job processes scheduled posts every 15 minutes, so your content goes out on time without you lifting a finger.

How to use it: In the Social Distribution Hub, toggle from "Instant" to "Schedule" mode before generating posts. Set the number of days and your timezone, and the system handles the rest.

Growth Intelligence Dashboard

The Growth Intel dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of platform performance:

  • User growth trends (daily, weekly, monthly)

  • Revenue analytics with breakdowns by source

  • Event performance metrics

  • Vendor and venue activity tracking

  • Referral and affiliate performance

  • Geographic distribution of users and events
  • Access it from Admin > Growth Intel in the sidebar.

    CRM Broadcast Messaging

Send targeted messages to your entire user base or specific segments:

  • Broadcast to all users with platform announcements

  • Segment by role — message only organizers, only vendors, or only attendees

  • Segment by activity — target users who haven't logged in recently, or who have upcoming events

  • Track delivery — see how many messages were sent and read
  • Access it from Admin > CRM > Broadcast tab.

    Enhanced Syndication Analytics

The syndication analytics dashboard now shows:

  • Conversion funnel: Clicks → Signups → Bookings → Tickets → Revenue

  • Top converting sources: Which subreddits and Quora topics drive the most signups

  • Platform breakdown: Compare Reddit vs. Quora vs. Nextdoor vs. Medium vs. Twitter vs. Facebook

  • Daily trends: Track performance over 7, 14, 30, or 90 days

  • Revenue attribution: See exactly how much revenue each channel generates
  • 88 Pre-Configured Social Channels

We've seeded 88 social channels across 6 platforms:

  • 54 Reddit subreddits covering events, food, business, marketing, and local communities

  • 10 Quora topics for expert-style content

  • 8 Nextdoor categories for local reach

  • 5 Medium channels for professional articles

  • 6 Facebook Groups for community engagement

  • 5 Twitter/X hashtags for quick reach
  • One-Click Syndication Wizard

The Social Distribution Hub now uses a wizard-style flow that works perfectly on both desktop and mobile:

  • Step 1: Select your blog post or event content

  • Step 2: Pick channels (with Select All and per-platform toggles)

  • Step 3: Review and send (instant or scheduled)
  • No manual copying, no rep assignments — just select, generate, and go.

    What's Coming Next

    We're working on:

  • Vendor self-serve syndication — let vendors run their own syndication campaigns

  • Channel performance scoring — auto-rank channels by conversion rate

  • Weekly syndication digest — automated email summaries of performance
  • Stay tuned, and keep building with Vendie.
